Emergent curriculum defined

This is my favourite curriculum, the one that I am most passionate about. Having taught this for a few years, the children are much more responsive, excited and open to new experiences.

so important, the early experience sets the stage for the child's emerging attitude to learning, down the track. And it could be a very long track, potentially, if all goes well.

I chose this pin because it parallels many of the practices and principles of the Early Years Learning Framework and highlights the connections between learning environments and children's holistic wellbeing and effective learning.

Kids who play outside...

Take you kids outside! no surprise really as they are allowed to develop at their own pace and find stuff out by themselves and develop a genuine interest in natural objects.
