NASA has proclaimed this image the MOST amazing high definition image of Earth ever. This ‘Blue Marble’ image of the Earth was taken from the VIIRS instrument aboard NASA’s most recently launched Earth-observing satellite – Suomi NPP.

This image, called the Hubble Deep Field, must be the greatest picture of all time, a deep space image by the Hubble Telescope.

"The Hubble Deep Field: These are not stars. Each containing billions of stars. And each star has a collection of planets revolving around it, just like our own solar system. We forget all too often just how small we really are.
