Olde White Harte, Hull The Olde White Harte occupies a building complex of real antiquity, with parts dating back to the seventeenth century but its interest as a historic pub derives from a major refurbishment of 1881 by local architects, Smith & Brodrick. The 1881 scheme left the ancient upstairs rooms largely unaltered, as they remain today, and created the lovely stained glasswork.
