Outside play area, I have the perfect fence for this. love

Love this idea! I saw this in the Spring 2012 Lowe's Creative Ideas magazine - fun outdoor activity for kids using rain gutters and some paint.

It's Playtime: Water water everywhere-looks easy and cheap.

let the children play: It's Playtime: Water water everywhere. This would be fun to put on our back fence at school.

Water Wall: We attached tubes and plastic bottles with zip ties to a peg board. We put the bottom in a big plastic tub with water, cups, and balls of various types and sizes. The children had fun pouring water, dropping balls through and also seeing that some balls didn't go though and blocked the flow of water.

The children were able to use ping pong balls as well as water. At times the balls blocked the water flow. Clear tubing and bottles with the tops removed have been attached to pegboard using zipties.
