SW rolo cupcakes 3 eggs, 1 cup sweetener 2 oz sr flour (8 syns) 2 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp cocoa powder (1 syn) 1 choc/caramel options/highlights sachet (2syns) 10 rolos (1pkt 1 syn each) Beat eggs, vanilla and sweetener. Fold in other ingredients mix well. Divide into 10 cupcakes. Bake at 180 for 5 mins remove from oven and push a rolo into centre of each then return to oven for further 6-7 mins 2.1 syns each
