I like this idea, maybe could use more shallow water tubs thought. A big rive-like pool for water play. Kids can crowd around both sides of the pool. Also can learn how things travel from one end to the other
Sensory Activity Board: vintage wooden beads and blocks to complete the look. The center light is a battered operated closet light and the bicycle bell works! All items were secured by screws and/or glued in place for safety.
Make a little boy a latches board. Takes just imagination, a drill, and a trip to the hardware store. It'll keep him busy for hours. - why are all these for little boys? Why can't little girls play with latches also?
DIY busy board full of switches, latches, and doo-dads for babies and toddlers to manipulate. This is great for fine motor skills. It is also a hazard for giving escapee toddlers the skills they need to get out unsupervised.
