New York ex-pat Shannon Jensen is an international photojournalist whose heart and work has been dedicated to the people of the Sudan for some time. In her series A Long Walk, Jensen documents a simple but profound indicator of Sudanese refugees' journey away from war and violence, capturing only the remains of their worn and crumbling shoes.
