We have $1000.00 aside to pay for my child's soccer.

Mortgage: Off annual income, so they'll give me 3 times my income for mortgage. My dad help us put a 25% down payment on the condo. I can get this money because I have good credit, with no student loans. Therefore, my husband and I will be able to afford this stylish apartment, downtown on the lake.
My husband, is the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) at IBM, he's 37 years old, and worked under the previous CFO for 4 years until he retired, then the job was given to my husband. He is currently making about $230,000 annually. The average salary of a CFO ranges from C$92,192 to C$350,000 depending on the company and since IBM is successful in Canada, his current salary is fair.
