Thought I'd take a break from the Grand Teton pictures, though there are plenty more to share. Last year we took a Baltic Cruise and one of our stops was Tallinn, Estonia. I really liked the Old Town, it was probably my second favorite stop of the trip after Copenhagen. This is a view of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral from the tower of the Cathedral of St. Mary. Unfortunately it was under construction, but it was still quite a sight to see.
It was named for the two large black cats perched on the towers of this very impressive, beautiful building. It is said the cats cursed their creator, and then he fell to his death when he was hanging them up on the tower.
