Dark and Stormy cocktail –  layered with Ginger Beer and Dark Rum. The best I've had were at the Swizzle Inn, Bermuda. "Swizzle in and stagger out."

Dark and Stormy Cocktail - I love these! The hardest part is finding the ginger beer (nope not good with ginger ale). Ingredients 2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum 4 oz ginger beer lime wedge

I had these in the Virgin Islands! They call it the PAINKILLER. Rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, orange juice & fresh nutmeg. I think I have a headache and need a painkiller:) They are awesome!

The Nor'easter - 2 ounces bourbon ounce lime juice ounce maple syrup Ginger Beer In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon, lime juice and maple syrup. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with ginger beer.
