House in progress
Our house is a long work in progress. It's a Victorian house in Yorkshire.
Chest of drawers
Our new kitchen, installed all by ourselves (with a bit of help from a plumber for the cooker).
The Botkyrka shelves provided the finishing touch.
The pantry will one day have bi-folding doors on it, but for now we are happy!Dekker shelves by Metaltex.
IKEA and Habitat galore. Dulux Cornflower White on the walls.
Built a coffee table for the drawing room. It's made from perfectly-sized leftover IKEA Hammarp oak worktop (from our new kitchen), and steel hairpin legs from Invicta Ironworks.
Our drawing room. Mustard replaced with Teal Tension (Dulux Once) walls and brilliant white ceiling down to the picture rails. Floor still to be replaced.
New sash window by Patchett Joinery.
Bench painted using Annie Sloan Florence chalk paint. Two coats, no wax.
I wanted offset shelves in this drawing room alcove. Realised our old IKEA Flarke shelves could do the job but was surprised how well. Next jobs - raise them off the ground and colour/paper the back panels.
