Sue Stone is a UK based textile artist who works mainly in hand stitch, machine embroidery and mixed media. She is a member of the 62 Group of Textile Artists and the Society of Designer Craftsmen. Born in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, Sue Stone studied Fashion at St Martins School of Art and then Embroidery at Goldsmiths

WHO? Veronica Cay  WHAT? a textile piece depicting a man with a multicolour face, it looks like the fabric as been deliberately dyed and then loosely hanging of this is delicate embriodary flowers WHY? using textiles within my work has always been an interest to me. I haven't seen a lot of art like this and  images are so easily transferable to fabric, it could be useful for my next project
