Grange Hill Mum hated this show. She reckoned our attitudes became obnoxious after an episode. We thought she was spouting rot. Retrospectively i see what she meant now i have a child that has attitude after watching some obnoxious kids show.

"All Creatures Great and Small" TV show which originally ran from 1978 to 1990 - James Herriot (played by Christopher Timothy), Siegfried Farnon (Robert Hardy), Tristan Farnon (Peter Davison), Helen Herriot (Carol Drinkwater series 1–3 and specials), Mrs Edna Hall (Mary Hignett series 1–3) and animals.

All Creatures Great and Small is a British TV series based on the memoirs of James Herriot. Read the books and when we got cable and PBS watched the series which went on for years.
