César Manrique's house in Lanzarote. Manrique’s house, in Taro de Tahiche, is where he fulfilled his dream to live in the natural lava formations on the island. The house is fantastic, somewhat " James Bond Villain" an oasis in the middle of a river of blue-black lava. I loved the fact that he'd partied in this subterranean house with the likes of Warhol and other influential artists.
