Banana Chia Breakfast Cookies / Mix .5c applesauce with .25c chia seeds and let sit. Mix 1c oats, .5c flour, .5t each bs and salt. Next add to chia mixture 2 mashed bananas, 1t vanilla, .25c oil (or avocado) and .75c honey. Drop dough on parchment, flatten with sugared glass. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
