As another part of my USP's I have decided to use four main locations in London that I think are the most trending areas for fashion. I want my products to feel very British and very 'London'. The four main areas I will be using are: Camden, Kings Road, Shoreditch and Oxford Street.Consumers can upload their photos and if they feel their look is a look for a particular area or if they are just in that area, this is how hastags will be used: #SJCTKingsRoad
Pinterest is another way of using social media to promote my brand. Pinterest is used to make visual moodboards. This will be good to use for my Trends department as the consumers can see what other people are wearing and what own brands I will be selling. I can like URL's so consumers can go to my webpage and buy my products.
Trends is one of my USP's. I have a page dedicated to telling customers about what is in trend. Customers can send pictures of their outfits in or if me or a stylist takes a picture that we think that their outfit looks good. This helps promote my brand by making customers feel comfortable and not intimidated by catwalks and models. I want my consumers to feel good in what they wear.
Marketing Mix Example - 4Ps These are the figure p's used for marketing. Understanding these four p's will help me make my brand successful. I will be focusing on promotion on this mood board. Promotion is a way of how to brand my business. For example, what social media will I be using, who are my target audience, how else will I promote that isn't using the Internet etc.
Tumblr is very good for posting blogs and other people reposting quickly. Blogs are a big part of my brand as I want my consumers to love fashion. Tumblr can be use as an app or on the computer. Most people tend to use Tumblr on a tablet/laptop which benefits my bloggers that help promote my brand.
Instagram is another great social media tool for my business. Instagram is very visual which means consumers can look at products all the time and what goes on behind the scenes. You can track people that follow the brand and how many likes I get on the pictures that are posted. This helps me and the business by knowing what customers like and they can comment about the picture.
Facebook is one of the best social media used. My target audience is 18-35 and the older demographic group uses Facebook a lot more than the younger demographic. Even though Facebook will only appeal to a certain group, I can't rule it out as it will be a great way to promote my brand.
Twitter is a social media used for everyone around the world to know about gossip, news and what # is trending. I will use Twitter to get hashtags trending as it is one of the most important USP for my business. I can follow specific target markets and follow celebrities which hopefully they will follow back, or even purchase my products. Consumers can also voice their opinions about the products and the business. In a way it helps me what to know what to do better and what is working for…
