It was many years ago I digitally altered this Hollywood sign, which I feel personifies the different cultural values between East and West. As in Tibet and other Mahayana Buddhist countries, this sacred mantra of lovingkindness oṃ maṇipadme hūṃ, can be seen displayed, spelt out enormously in whitewashed stones on the side of hills.
