Simply Pumpkin Bread...ACTUALLY **I** didn't make this, my 11 year old did! I took it to a group function and everyone RAVVED about it! We substituted the oil for applesauce...it's so moist and delicious, certainly a new favorite, and since it makes 2 loaves it's easy to share with friends :)
Slimming world oat biscuits, syn free if using 35g oats as healthy extra. 35g oats, 1 egg, 2-3 tablespoons sweetener, cinnamon, ginger (could use other flavours), mix together, place spoonfuls on a baking tray sprayed with buttery frylight, makes 6-7 biscuits. Bake for 15-20 mins depending in how crispy you'd like them. Could be drizzled with chocolate or Nutella if you count the syns.
