I have been making these giant kebabs for a while now, I just mix the seasonings but keep the base of yoghurt and chicken the same but this version is my all time favourite! ❤️ Ingredients⬇️ - 6 LARGE chicken thighs - 2 tablespoons mild curry powder - 1 and 1/2 tablespoon garlic granules - 1 teaspoon turmeric - 2 tablespoon tomato puree - 1 tablespoon red food colouring (optional) - Optional salt/pepper/chilli flakes - 4 large tablespoons of Greek yoghurt, I used Recipe ⬇️ - Add your chicken thighs to a large bowl, add the seasonings listed above with your yoghurt, tomato puree and food colouring

Khadija Siddiqui on Instagram: "Yogurt Butter Chicken Kebabs In Air Fryer/Oven 🌼Kebab Mix: Half kg chicken keema(mince) Half chopped onion 4 chopped green onions 1 chopped pepper/capsicum Half cup chopped coriander/cilantro 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp sumac 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 2 egg yolks (you can skip these) 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp greek yogurt (thick) Mix everything Make kebabs. Place them on your air fryer tray or your air fryer basket.Line the basket or tray with baking paper Air fry at 200ºC or 205ºC for 15 minutes. Flip after 15 minutes. First check that you have a dish that fits in your airfryer, I love my new large one so I can fit anything in it. Spray your dosh with oil so it doesn’t stick, they pop in the tortilla making sure all the edges are curved up to hold the filling. I change up my fillings all the time but the standard egg mix is 3 eggs and a dash of milk or cream and season with salt and pepper.
