Bamboo Architecture | Como Agua Restaurant, India
Located on the Vagator Cliffs, overlooking the sea of North Goa in India, the restaurant 'Como Agua' is a marvel of architecture by OTHERWORLD studio. The restaurant gives visitors the experience of dining in a giant bird's nest, thanks to the bamboo and the woven vines. The project uses all locally sourced sustainable materials. Bamboo Architecture | Godai Pavilion, Spain
Designed by Baldó Arquitectura, Godai Pavilion is a private pool house that makes extensive use of #bamboo. The outside is clad in bamboo slats, arranged in the Fibonacci sequence to create a gradient effect - fading in the transparency of the large glass windows. The interior echoes traditional Japanese architecture with the warm shades of bamboo. Truly a special place to unwind and a fantastic example of modern architecture employing a traditional material.
