On the sixth floor of what was the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, a single room preserves a microcosm of the definitive masterwork of Arne Jacobsen.  Room 606 is the last surviving interior of SAS House:  an unparalleled example of modern architecture and design, completed in 1960.

Arne Jacobsen designed Copenhagen’s Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, from the steel exterior to the waste baskets in every room and the Egg and Swan chairs flocking the lobby. Today, only Room 606 is preserved with the original Jacobsen decor from 1960
