 A great way to demonstrate doubling. Simply put dobs of paint on one side of the paper and then fold over and push. When open the dots will be doubled! I was looking through some of my old photos over the break and came across this group activity. When teaching children about doubles, put small dobs of paint on one side of the piece of paper, fold it in half then open it again and presto, you have made doubles. Repeat with lots of different numbers....
