Lithograph. Opened in 1838 and originally named Birmingham Station, the Curzon Street Station was used as a passenger station until 1893 when it became a goods only station. Closed in 1966.

A few more from Snow Hill in its decay. Birmingham Snow Hill station ticket windows are exposed to the elements & will be issuing no more tickets to Paddington or Paignton. I wonder if all those 7 windows were manned back in the day?
Wrought iron gates at the Oratory in Edgbaston. The gates used by Pope Benedict when he visited the Oratory to beatify Cardinal Newman, who, I think, founded the oratory here.
