Slimming World: Jelly sweets: Add 2 sachets sugar free jelly with 2 sachets powdered gelatine to half pint boiling water & mix well. Pour 2/3 into flat dish put in fridge to set. Mix mullerlight yoghurt into last 1/3 of jelly and mix well. When first layer set add the yoghurt/jelly mix to top and put in fridge. 3 syns for the lot.
Slimming world Turkish delight jellies - 3 syns for the whole lot (about 30 jellies) 2 sachets gelatine 1 tbs cocoa powder(3 syns) 3 tbs sweetener 2 tbs mullerlight vanilla yogurt Capful of rose essence 1/4 pint boiling water Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a whisk until all blended together. Place in a mould (I used the rubber ones as they are easier to get the chocolates out of once set) and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Pop out of the mould and serve.
Slimming world oaty biscuits. 27g pkt Quaker oats original, mixed into one beaten egg, add teaspoon vanilla essence and 4 tbsp sweetener, mix well. Makes 5 bake 7-10 mins at 190. Free if hex 1 syn each if not
