Antique Billiards Scoreboard
This antique billiards scoreboard, or rollerboard, still bears the name of the manufacturer, H. Nelmes & Co., based Glasgow. The company was founded in the 1850’s and was the oldest established firm of billiard table makers in Scotland. Made of mahogany, with a shaped moulding to the top and bottom, this high quality, working rollerboard was likely made in the early 1900’s. It features wooden marker points and black wooden knobs to turn the roller scorers, which have black numerals.

Vintage Bagatelle Board
This traditional, retro vintage bagatelle board (without balls) is a colourful, characterful piece, made in the old Czechoslovakia, most likely in the 1970’s. Bagatelle is a game related to billiards, with the object of the game being to get balls onto the pins, scoring the corresponding points. Our wooden board is an authentic vintage piece, so does bear marks consistent with its age and use and no longer has the spring mechanism to launch the balls, so is purely a decorative item.
