Serving Size 4 Ingredients ● 4 eggs ● ½ cup Vita Coco Cinnamon Coconut Milk ● 1 tbsp coconut sugar ● 1 tsp vanilla extract ● ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ● 2 tbsp butter ● 8 bread slices of your choice Instructions 1. In a bowl mix together the eggs, cinnamon coconut milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. 2. Heat a frying pan and add the butter, melting it. 3. 1 ½ cups raw cashews soaked overnight or at least 4 hours, 14 oz coconutmilk, 2 cups water, 3 pitted dates, 2 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of Clove, ¼ tsp Ginger, ½ tsp Allspice, ½ tsp nutmeg & a pinch of sea salt. (Mix all in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve over ice with or without rum.) Rum, Allspice, Vanilla Extract
