St Kilda Mailboat
Used to send mail from the remote archipelago of St Kilda, 40miles off the coast of the island of North Uist to the Hebrides. Sucessfully received post would be forwarded on to its destination. The islands were abandoned in the 1930s

West Highland Museum
The West Highland Museum is a small independent museum in Fort William. It opened in 1922. Since 1926 it has been housed in the former British Linen Bank in Cameron Square. The museum focuses on local Highland history. It is particularly known for its Jacobite and Commando collections. Since 2010 entry to the museum has been free.
