I posted a blog post all about our trip to #OrtaSanGiulio a few weeks ago and my move-stress meant I kind of did nothing with it My photo diary (and some travel tips of course!) of our September trip to Orta San Giulio on Lake Orta Italy. See all the photos at http://ift.tt/2yRS2zd
Things Ive learned about San Francisco: it does NAHHTT get cold here thanks to the constant shining sun. Our flat on the other hand: single-glazed Victorian icebox. I essentially live in a state of dealing myself in this @madewell scarf-cape. The joy of layers brought to you by a San Franciscan Whats the weather like where you are? (< most British question Ive ever asked)
Getting to know the coffee scene in San Francisco has been pretty much my fave hobby yet. Discovered the wonderful on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Reminded me of a cafe youd find in London or Paris (probably why I loved it so! Reminded me of home)
Moving to a new city where I know so few people has meant my music has become ever more important to me helping me to focus think and find my creativity. Crawl by Joeseph J Jones has been my song on repeat - soulful bluesy heavy and with an edge this kind of music has been my favorite discovery recently. This post is an #ad but honestly I love this song so much that I want you to know about it @joseph.j.jones #ad #josephjjones #crawl
So Ive barely done ANY photos of me since moving to San Francisco. Partly because were still so busy trying to get everything set up. But mostly because Ive yet to really do my makeup or do my hair since getting here instead heres one of my faves from an old photo shoot. Ill stop posting these ones soon I swear! Whats your favorite place to take photos?
Today is a day of appreciating small things - from finding this bike tucked away in a doorway in Italy to the way Stag always checks to make sure I need something before thinking of himself. The little things are often the most beautiful. And my goal is to spend the rest of the year taking the time to notice - and relish in them. #happythanksgiving #givingthankseveryday What are you thankful for today?
If you can believe it I moved to the US with only about 1/8 my working wardrobe (including this @andsonsuk sweatshirt). My plan is to build my wardrobe again but with a much more intentional eye on quality over quantity - less high fashion more timeless pieces. The problem is my budget doesnt match buying EVERYTHING AT ONCE (u.g.h). Thank goodness for sale time! The @netaporter sale just started today and Ive searched through it all to bring you (and me) the best of it under $300…
When your pumpkins color scheme are so on point as we have to pick out ALL new furniture color schemes are heavily on my mind. Wishing instead I could just decorate the floor with pumpkins and call it a day
Theres a new blog post up on Wolf & Stag explaining WHAT the heck has been going on these past few weeks. (Answer: a lot!). October flew by filled with big milestones for us (one of which included a certain ) . See all the pics of this beauty & read the full life update on wolf-and-stag.com or click the link in my bio
Breakfast at was Wishing I could wake up in the Oxfordshire countryside and have this presented to me EVERY morning. Only on the mornings after we get engaged I guess Our stay at was one of the best I've had. Can't recommend highly enough!
Rifling through some of the pictures I took back in London and never posted. Loved finding this gourd display at @albion_london on #redchurchstreet. Feeling strange that soon my entire life will be American. Right now though Im bridging a life in-between. Not helped by the fact that we still (!) havent moved into our new place yet. A full update to come on stories later! Has anyone else made a big city (or country?) move in their adult life? Whats your best advice for transitioning into…
Today was one of our last days in London. Words can't express adequately what I'm feeling right now. As a less-than-adequate replacement here's a #tbt post from when I first started blogging and when I first visited Epping Forest. One of my best London memories and one of those days where you find peace with yourself your life and with time #throwbackthursday #goodbyelondon
